-He gets demolished in CQC due to Shared Vision, the fact that they are strong enough to catch SM Jiraiya's punches, and because Asura Path's strength is tiers above any other path and it has explosive weapons that Kisame can't absorb w/ Samehada.

From what I've observed, the Six Paths aren't even chakra based. Yes, they use chakra to actually use the technique from the Rin'negan, but that's taxed because of the Rin'negan. None of the paths are actually ninjutsu. The closest would be Deva's Shinra Tensei, but even then, it's not chakra. It's a repulsive force.

Not too sure. I thought it was just some counter action absorption. Madara tried to absorb. Both were low on chakra. Hashirama counters by sapping Madara of his chakra, rendering him unable to use enough chakra to try and use Preta.
