After a direct punch from Tsunade he won't be able to heal himself.

Kisame can win to Onoki because it will be hard to Onoki to do Jinto in water, and Kisame have an attack that eat all the ninjutsu
(this time is Jinton).

The only problem for him is Tsunade because she do direct attack ( I am asking myself who is stronger in physical attack: Tsunade or Kisame?

alright but her punches require chakra in her hand right? the more chakra you use against kisame he absorbs it so her punches weould basically be normal punches and thats even if they hit

I don't think Kisame can absorb it. It's nintaijutsu. Doesn't Gai use the same thing?

not that i know of he just uses all taijutsu no chakra at all haha all though im not totally sure how he uses the hirodora ( tiger )

No. Her base strength is greater then Sakura's chakra enchanted strength.
