Only Ei (dependant on distance).
Honestly, Onoki's Jinton carries a huge risk considering it's a highly advanced Kekkai Genkai meaning he requires to be stationary in order to charge it and it has a rather linear motion implying that it's easy to evade. Kisame doesn't have the foot-speed to evade it and Samehada certainly can't absorb it when it complains about absorbing Itachi's Katon, but Kisame can literally barf up an entire ocean and has incredible speed under-water considering 6th Gate Gai couldn't even keep up with Kisame in the water. Top that off with Mass Suiton or even Suiton from under-water and Onoki has no chance.
Tsunade loses due to Kisame's speed underwater, especially with WaterDome.
Mei loses as Kisame managed to defeat the 4th Jinchuuriki despite struggling with his unique and versatile Kekkai Genkai which is vastly similar to Mei's Lava Release meaning her Lava Release isn't doing shit. Additionally, while Kisame does help Mei gain the advantage by barfing up an Ocean, she simply can't keep up with Kisame's Mass Suitons and superior reserves and she eventually gets overpowered by Daikodan.
Gaara simply loses because Kisame gains locational advantage by barfing up an Ocean. Gaara can still likely grind some sand from the soil under the Ocean, but Kisame's speed on Water would allow him to evade it and overpower Gaara with Suiton under-water that can easily penetrate Gaara's defense if he's not paying attention. WaterDome also aids in help Kisame secure the win as the moment he makes contact with Gaara's Gourd Sand, he simply sucks the chakra dry until Gaara's Gourd Sand is entirely useless.
Ei is debatable and that's dependant on the distance.
