Kisame vs 2nd Mizukage

Kisame is strong, but without Samehade, I don't think he would be anywere near Kage Level. Jounin, yes, but not Kage.

it is really hard to say but i think the 2nd mizukage wins because of his super jutsus
1. the giant clam wich is really hard to find he needs to be a sensor and if he can't destroy the clam he can't stop the mirage
2.if he SOMEHOW defeats the clam he has no chance against joukin boy

I'm saying Kisame, He could find the real Clam. His sword can sense chakra and I bet it would love Clam chakra. Once thats found he can destroy it. Then its a fight to the death between Kage and Shark man. That explosion won't do much I think b/c of the swords healing attriubute. And if Kisame can make a water dome and turn to shark mode then he would win

This, Samehada senses chakra and lets kisame know where the real clam and mizukage are, he uses his monsterous strength to break the clam and floods the place, having samehada heal him and absorb chakra for the water gun (and other jutsu) and idk if the infinite explosions would kill kisame in one hit cause if it doesn't then either samehada absorbs chakra from mizukage or just heals kisame with it's own during the cooldown and if he catches mizukage while his mini clone is out he'll tear him apart in one swing.

The 2nd is too strong, samehada only absorbs chakra not jutsu. And Mizukage can do a lot of thing to take Kisame.

yeah but let me remind you something clam can't be sensed by sensors
There were a lot of sensors but none could sense the clam
and when the genjutsu was over a shinobi said "if he's not a mirage I can sense him"
I think somehow it can't be sensed by sensors just like muu

If he can avoid genjutsu and find a method to utilize his lake-shark-mode jutsu, I'll give it to Kisame, if not then I guess he might not be able to.
