First off Any physical damage done can be healed (including Jiraiya's Genjutsu) by taking chakra Samehada, any type of ninjutsu can/will be absorbed. for Kisame Water acts like a rinnengan, therefore once in it he always knows where u are. Kisame has more chakra than all of them. tsunade can only heal for so long, and again her physical attacks^ (back to the top).

No chance, remember each sannin is in a class of their own, im pretty sure samahada will struggle to suck sage(natural)chakra or turn to stone. orashimuru properly can deal with kisame by himselve as for tusunadi will need some backup for long and mid range attacks as she is close combat and wont last without chakra.
