Kisame Overrated!

I've seen a lot of tread on kisame whereby he's been overated, a person that cannot win Gai's 8 gate his now been compared to Hashirama, Minato, Madara, e.t.c. Although he has some jutsu but comparing with anybody above gai is useless.

Well lets see... Kisames worst matchup is against an opponent who dosent use charka however he could still beat them with Samahada. Unless they are Might Guy since he can move in and out before Kisame swings.
Anyother character would have a low chance seeing as he can absorb almost anything.

if anything he is underrated plus guy was a bad match up for him he is definitely in the top 3 of akatsuki

He lost to Gai b'coz of his bad match up with a best taijutsu ninja => luk what he did to Bee. Yes, sometimes he's overrated & is not apparently on the level of Hashirama, Madara etc.. But he's certainly a kage level ninja therefore can't be underestimated

Kisame was 4th strongest Akatsuki, at the very least (after Nagato,Tobi,and Itachi). He may not be high-kage level, but he's definitely a kage level shinobi. He was simply put against his worst possible opponent, not many people will win in that scenario. look at deidara, he was way way stronger than sasuke when they fought, but sasuke had the right tools to beat him.

kisame is overrated & underrated by many. but kisame is one of the greatest shinobi. his worst matchup is gai and unfortunately he was matched up with him. that does kind of decrease his popularity but gai is a formidable opponent.
