Konan isn't lasting long here soon it's gonna be Itachi & Kisame vs. Pain. Hell Itachi could Tsukiyomi 1 shot her if he wanted to

Neither Pain nor Konan are falling to Tsukuyomi in a full intel match. Let's be serious here.
With that said, Pain and Konan win, with Pain soloing for the most part. Using Bansho Tenin on Kisame whilst Konan and Asura Path assault Itachi with explosive tag spam and missiles makes it very likely for Kisame to be taken out with a Soul Rip. Afterwards Pain just decides which jutsu to solo Itachi with, whether it's CST, Chibaku Tensei, Gedo Mazo, or simply outlasting him.

In a normal fight:
Pain beats Kisame
while
Konan distracts Itachi, whom eventually gets soloed by Tsukuyomi.
Then it's Pain vs Itachi - the 6 Paths take this. A good Chibaku Tensei should put Itachi to sleep - he's no Bijuu.

You can't compare this to Itachi's proficiency in Genjutsu; it's ludicrous. Inferior Genjutsu users have caught easily Pein's in Genjutsu [

]. That's more than enough time for either Kisame or Itachi to take out that Pain at that instant with; e.g. Amaterasu, Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu, Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu etc.​
