Greetings
So, today I just realized how over powered Kisame Hoshigaki, Monster of the mist is! And with this thread I shall explain to you why he is more than capable of taking out EMS Madara without the Kyuubi low to no diff.
In this portion of the thread, I will dedicate time to explain why Madara won't be able to do much here. While he has shown to be quite the formidable opponent in a close ranged battle, both with quick working Katon and some
As for the Katon jutsu. Kisame as three viable counters. One, Samehada. But I shan't spend much time on this as it does have a dislike for the chakra type and will most likely not be able to take Madara's larger scale katon. The other two are thus countering with Suiton and the

Combined with Samehada, in seconds the Version 2 Chakra cloak was devistated. If and when Kisame comes into contact with any form of Susano'o, dents in the chakra based attack will be made up until Kisame reaches Madara and drains him with a single slap to the face. This is a fact. Madara's only shot at victory here is the stabilized Perfect Susano'o sword swing. But not even that is an absolute anymore. And I will gladly explain why in the next section.
While in the form that is commonly given the title "Kisamehada", there's a large misconception going around that Kisame is unable to use a majority of his ninjutsu due to his webbed fingers. While they are partially true, once thing they do not accomodate for is Kisame's endurance to pain (I shall get to in one moment) and his unforeseen regeneration in this state. Now, as for the endurance to pain.
And speaking on his regeneration, Kisame was able to
Now, all the counters and information I gave you earlier in the thread finally comes to play here. The battle won't be ending early on, this outcome between these titans is incredibly unlikely that either will pull out their strongest technique right away. So, we can assume it can be a race to the end by the time the Water Dome arrives. And Kisame can and will win this. In the last section, I demonstrated how Kisame can use any ninjutsu he wants by tearing the webbings inbetween his fingers. Now, here is how he will properly use each ninjutsu he has to wear and tear Madara before Madara's Perfect Susano'o comes out.
Part 1: Mizu Bunshin. This jutsu will allow Kisame to replicate himself, each only holding 10% of the originals power and having a certain distance it can travel. It may not seem like the strongest ninjutsu out there. But it is incredibly useful.
Part 2: The Addition of Suiton. Each Mizu Bunshin, and Kisame himself can create even more suiton to help enlargin the Water Dome to ensure escape is not a reality for Madara Uchiha. The jutsu of choice will be Dai Bakusui Shōha of course.
Part 3: Making use of
Part 4: Contact. Any Kisamehada once in contact with Madara, will now begin to drain his chakra at an incredible rate. And, if a Mizu Bunshin. It will at least stall and weaken Madara further till the original can afford to come at him. Once Kisame's original body touches him, Madara can consider his chakra gone.
I hope you enjoyed my unbiased thread.

Katon Techniques

. Kisame's general style of combat is far too unorthodox for Madara to handle in a similar manner such as he has Sasuke's. Kisame doesn't go for quick slashes or fancy foot work. He is a powerful and ruthless fighter with a sword that isn't meant to cut nor kill you the conventional way. It's a bit of a moot point, really. As both of these fighters won't be doing much of this sort of fighting too far into the battle. As for the Katon jutsu. Kisame as three viable counters. One, Samehada. . Suiton naturally will counter act all of Madara's katon but his largest, which is comparable to the Juubi in size. For this, he will rely on the previously mentioned doton technique to evade the katon while also making a charge for Madara. A win win scenario.
Susano'o -
Water Dome
This is the tricky part of the battle. Where Kisame's shot at victory resides at, beyond this point it is Madara's game. Now, by the time Madara uses a V2 Susano'o I am quite confident that Kisame will retaliate with unleashing the dreaded

. A ninjutsu that feeds and grows off of chakra. This attack will feast upon any Susano'o. While Madara might be able to take on one and counter it with a Susano'o swing. I doubt he will be able to keep his Perfect Susano'o activated after being hit with two or three of these attacks. Each Mizu Bunshin will use this jutsu from a different angle on a smaller scale. Once Perfect Susano'o, or whatever variant is being used is weakened enough. Kisamehada(s) will charge in for the kill. Part 4: Contact. Any Kisamehada once in contact with Madara, will now begin to drain his chakra at an incredible rate. And, if a Mizu Bunshin.
