1. We don't know how much Kisame's capacity of absorbing chackra based attacks so it's hard to say though one thing is definite he can absorb as much power as Bijuu's see what happened to Bee.

2. Madara we also don't know much about him until now. He's powerful & has overpowered jutsu as compared to other char in narutoverse but we don't know his intelligence level is. He has lot of experience in battle that he can use to his advantage in the battle yes but he doesn't seem to display intelligence level of Itachi boy not saying Itachi can win against him though.

3. it would probably depend on the situation & on the environment. If Kisame has capacity of absorbing alll bijuu chakra & if it is underwater fight there's probably a chance for him.

If Kisame fights with Samehada the most likely scenario is that Samehada will betray him for Madara as im sure Madara has some 1337 chakra. In all fairness Kisame would put up a really great fight. He can create water out of thin air and blanket a seriously large area in water. So until Samehada betrays him it should be a pretty interesting fight. Kisame isn't a pushover. retard fanboys
