Kisame Hoshigaki is beyond the power and level of the son of God, Jesus Christ! While most shinobi are merely on Jesus' level with water walking, Kisame takes things a whole level further. He can walk on water, swim through land and the air[

Feats wise, Kisame is more God-like than Jesus.

But on a serious note; This jutsu gets so little attention when it's a near perfect counter to any earthern based techniques.

Two things I want you to take away from this is that any doton that makes use of natural earth is instantly negated by this. Anything that comes near Kisame is turned into a liquid and, such as

, will be useless before this technique. The second part is the fact that it constantly follows Kisame, this technique. And allows him to literally as if he were underwater. Where he is

There's no force being pushed against him when he enters it and crosses the entire thing. It's basically a slow and less fluid version of mayfly.

Very true, it's definitely an underrated one.

As for other underrated techs/abilities, Sage Mode, Chakra Absorption, Biju Cloak, and Sharingan Genjutsu come to mind. Obviously, there are those who underrate these abilities, but for the most part, people don't seem to realize just how OP these abilities can be.

There's no force being pushed against him when he enters it and crosses the entire thing. It's basically a slow and less fluid version of mayfly.

If there's no force how could it trap the Juubi for some time

And either way we don't know if he can use that on other people's chakra and if the transformation is instatanious

Good point, but Kisame in a weakened state did survive against an explosion of condensed air pressure under water. Which, should of been more potent with being in the sea. I doubt it would provide him an exceptional challenge

Eh, aside from the last option I'd say you're right on the money. Sharingan Genjutsu is often used as a last resort/GG measure when I see shinobi pitted against Sasuke or Itachi.

Well the giant water water dragon would absorb that's for sure but I don't think making some of the earth liquid would counter it

And by the way at Guy vs Kisame he was 100% just without Samehada

I mean, the attack wouldn't even crush him in the slightest and any bit of the earth around him would be turned to liquid so...

He wasn't, he was trapped inside Samehada without food, sleep, or regular conditions for at the minimum days. Regardless, without Samehada he truly isn't at his best anyways.

Kisame has always been one of my favorite characters and as far as feats goes he can definetly beat any kage thats alive right now. only thing he lacks is in intelligence. Im not saying that he is stupid or dumb or anything like that because he was smart but compared to other characters not as much.

But he absorbed Aoba's chakra if you don't remember, either way Samehada wouldn't change the result
