Oro can't shed his skin a lot. Kisame would beat Oro in Taijutsu. U_U Oro got a 3.5 in Taijutsu in the Databook while Kisame got a full 5. I doubt that Oro's Fuuton can counter Kisame's Suiton. :eww: The snakes can be taken care of with GSB or Kisame's own Shark summonings.

The total score doesn't really matter, seeing as how Hidan who got 31.5 as the total score can beat Asuma who got a 32.5 as the total score. Someone with the lower score can beat someone with the higher score. Besides, Kisame showed that he is better at Taijutsu. :eww:

Sasuke beat Deidara. (Hebi Sasuke has 31.5 while Deidara has 32.5).

BOY STOP, Sasuke had element advantage and used Manda to avoid Deidara's c4. Hidan had assistance from Kakuzu, after being beheaded. Clearly there were other factors that swayed the turnout of the fights.

Orochimaru can't shed his skin a lot?? Pls re-read the manga. Orochimaru is capble of shedding his skin 3x in a weakened body that is already rejecting him. Thus that was not a healthy Orochimaru and half of the damages didn't require that. For example, he didn't shed his skin after being cut in half nor after having his face slapped off. This argument fails.

scores in most instance do not matter, hence both Orochimaru and Itachi have a 5 in genjutsu and we've seen the result. Kisame having a 5 mean little, especially since we've seen his taijutsu displayed, he's slow and predictable which is why Gai owned him twice. Now, just as you tried to argue the scores didn't matter with Sasuke vs Deidara (etc) the same can be said for their taijutsu. Orochimaru has greater speed and is able to enhance this by using slithering mode and as I stated, he is cabple of using

Orochimaru's wind release will fair well in repelling Kismae's water release. Also, Orochimaru uses snakes, who happen to live in water, but who can allow go underground to avoid attacks and espace Kisame's dome. Orochimaru himself could simply

What could Orochimaru do in that water against Kisame? Remember that Kisame only after a small flurry of attacks took most of Bee and the 8 tail's chakra and after a few exchanges during the beginning of that fight took most of Bee's. I simply cannot see Orochimaru faring too well against a merged Kisame.
