Deidara, c4 takes this
On the contrary Kisame can counter c4. Samehada absorbs the chakra from the nano bombs thereby defusing them. Just because one doesn't have lighting doesn't mean they can't counter c4 as there are many other ways of doing so. I'm quite curious why you dislike Kakashi, or should I say, kamui fan boys when you just did the exact same thing.

C3 can be countered if Kisame goes at the very bottom of his water dome, he can be cushioned from the resulting explosion and the damage would be minimal, something that Kisame can heal from.

Regular bombs can be washed away by powerful suiton or the chakra can be absorbed from them which would allow their danger to be nullified..

OT: I'll go with Kisame high difficulty.

Samehada needs to know what it is absorbing. Samehada has shown no feat of detecting something like that. The only way to counter C4 is too first know and detect where it is.

Earth style is already inferior to Water. C3 can destroy an entire village if it explodes, Water it's self will not be enough

This can go 50/50 IMO but if I have to pick a winner I would say Deidara due to Element advantage.

Samehada can sense the nano bombs or Kisame could do the same if he is fused with samehada.

What I meant was that Kisame could survive C3 by going all the way at the bottom of the water dome and it would cushion him from the explosion itself. Then he could regenerate via samehada. Kisame can also swim at high speeds while inside the earth while he is at the bottom of the water dome so he can evade C3.

Going by elemental rock paper scissors, Darui beats Hashirama so we can't only use elements to determine who is the winner. I say it could go either way to because of the elemental advantage but I would go for Kisame since he has been portrayed to be at a higher level compared to Deidara. Also like I said, Kisame can pretty much counter most of Deidara's jutsus, the same is true for Deidara as well although he will most likely get overwhelmed by Kisame's large scale water techs. The OP didn't specify a location, knowledge and starting distance so I'm afraid this discussion we are having may not go anywhere.

Is there any proof of this underline? I know for a fact Kisame can only sense chakra in his Water Dome and where outside of it

Oh I thought you meant He was safe in Water Dome.

Going by elemental rock paper scissors, Darui beats Hashirama so we can't only use elements to determine who is the winner.

But Im not comparing Darui to Hashi. Hashi is on a different level then Daruri. I am comparing 2 strong people who can both beat each other 50/50 (Kisame and Deidara are on the same Tier).

Just counter first sentence then we can drop it

Due to its voracious appetite, Samehada is drawn to those with large chakra supplies, allowing it to be used as a quasi-sensor.

Control F the sentence in italics from the link I just gave you.

Bold 2:Kisame could use the water dome as a distraction while he himself goes underneath the ground and swim away at high speeds. The water dome should reduce the impact of the explosion allowing Kisame to escape with some injuries that can be healed from.

Bold 3: I know but I consider Kisame to be on a slightly higher tier than Deidara.

By keeping his distance. It would be best for Kisame to kill Deidara while hes still on the ground, the moment Deidara gains aerial advantage hes also gaining the advantage in the entire fight IMO.
This would be true if Kisame didn't have powerful long range techniques with a nice area of effect to bring Deidara back down but since he does, Kisame could still win.

Yep, Kisame could still win, although I would easily put my money on Deidara. Gaara, who is better long range fighter than Kisame had great problems with catching blondie. Not to mention that in that fight Deidaras aerial advantage was nullified, since Gaara can make his sand (and therefore himself) fly.

I guess if Deidara flies high enough, he could win by continuously bombarding Kisame. After all Kisame can't absorb explosions but he could chill underground while being deep inside a water dome and waits for Deidara to get tired. In other words, Kisame could still outlast Deidara.
