you are right but if you take samehada from kisame you'll also have to take 8-tails out of bee

No he can't. Kisame admitted inferiority to Itachi, and now Sasuke has Itachi's eyes. I'm sorry, but Sasuke is above Kisame now as much as i hate to admit it considering Kisame is one of my favorite characters.

I dont think that arrow would kill him because bee destroyed his chest but he regenerated with samehada

of course in a situation sasuke throws arrows and kisame keeps regenerating one of them will run out of chakra and die
just don't know who would be first

If we're talking about the same Sasuke when he fought Bee, then yes.. he'd probably lose.

But thanks to Susanoo he was able to survive his battle with A and even ook one of his arms, and now with EMS his Susanoo is even stronger so yeah, Sasuke would win.

He doesnt really need need ems though does he? His regular ms powers would be too much for Kisame. Just because he defeated Bee doesnt mean he can take on Sasuke. Some characters are just a perfect match for other characters

Sasuke with MS was devestated by Bee. With Samehada, Kisame OWNED Bee. Samehada constantly absorbs the enemies chakra once its close enough, Sasuke would be worn out from the chakra depletion of MS overuse AND Samehada draining him. If Kisame pukes out a lake like he did vs Bee, Sasuke is completely ****ed. Till we see what new gifts the EMS provides, Kisame + Samehada >>> Sasuke
