Kisame and Kakuzu take the gauntlet

Fishman and Thread person takes on the world !

Location : The beach where Kinkaku,, Ginkaku... blabla were fought, both sides start 45M from each other, Kisame and Kakuzu are standing on the water while their foes are on the beach, the beach is repaired (no smoking crater and stuff) after each battle, in three seconds top.

SoM : IC for everyone, Kisame and Kakuzu have orders to take the Jinchuurikis alive but will kill the rest. The enemies will try to kill them too.

Conditions : Kakuzu is in base form with his hearts on his body, all the hearts are out for the harder rounds, Kisame has Samehada and it won't betray him. The rest have their usual equipments and jutsus but have restriction (No PS, no 8th gate, no BM, etc)

Special : Both Akatsuki Members will be healed and pumped full of chakra and stamina after each round, Kakuzu's heart collection is restored after each round, Kisame can keep the chakra he stole and use it to heal himself or Kakuzu during the round. They have tags to seal ET opponents.

Intel : Full for Kakuzu and Kisame, the enemy knows that they will need to kill Kakuzu multiple times and that Samehada (and Kisame himself) can steal chakra, otherwise, it's manga intel.

They had one week to plan and prepare teamwork while knowing about the list.

Can they take out 50,000 Zetsu? Yeah, most likely.

These aren't even a challenge.

7. Middle of Shippuden Kakashi and Gai (can go up to 6th gate)

6th Gate Gai can't beat Kisame. Middle of Shippuden Kakashi can't beat Kakuzu. It goes vice versa too.

8. Hiruzen (no reaper death seal) and Danzo (no koto, arm unsealed).

Kisame and Kakuzu win mid-high diff.

9. Sick Itachi and Hidan.

Absolute Zero's fap idol brings Itachi down. Kisame's team mid-high diff.

10. Konan and Mei Terumi.

11. Raikage, Killer Bee, Yugito.

This is where they might encounter some issues. Yugito can transform, but it's nowhere near the full power of Matatabi. Kisame can't defeat BM B due to Renzoku Bijuu Dama, which if not prevented will take out the whole team. Kakuzu can't really help since he'll have Ay to deal with, and Yugito.

This is probably where they stop. Team Kumo mid-high diff. If not here, then...

12. Alive Minato, Tobi (hooded variant, cannot summon Kyuubi)

...they definitely stop here.

13. War arc Tobi with base war Kabuto. (all hearts out at this point)
14. DSM Kabuto with Edo Itachi.
15. War Arc Gaara, Tsunade, Onoki.
16. KCM Naruto, EMS Sasuke (pre Kabuto-fight).

They don't stand a chance in the rest of these.

Stop at 11, beat all the ones prior to 11. Everything after 11 bar 15 is a stomp

Kisame would probably mistake Itachi's Totsuka for something that is made out of chakra and would get stabbed by it after trying to absorb it and not moving out of it's way instead, thus getting sealed. And I don't really see Kakuzu being able to hold out after that. Unless Samehada could somehow sense that Totsuka isn't made out of chakra and Kisame gets it to warn him.

They stop at 9, Itachi kills them both. Kakuzu is not even a contest, he has no answer to Amaterasu and can be put down from the start of the fight while Hidan keeps Kisame busy (most likely gets incapacitated really quickly, but not faster than Kakuzu is handled). After that, Kisame gets struck by Totsuka in the heart. Or if suddenly Kisame put out a dome, anyone coming near him would still get stabbed or Amaterasu'd.
