In the manga he used his MS within certain intervals. If he used Amaterasu and Susanoo at the same time he'll kill himself.

Also, in the time that Itachi activated V2, Bee would have already taken cover.

Bee is too fast for Amaterasu, just look how he even saw through Minato's speed attack on him at Bee & A vs Minato.

Ay and Bee isn't winning this.

Depends on how the fight goes on, but assuming A & B cooperate well enough (and they do, pretty much one of the best combo's in the narutoverse), they could take this with High diff. But on the other hand, Itachi & Kisame have a chance to win as well, though if they do then by Extreme Diff.

He was much slower because he was sick not because he was getting hit on purpose.
