Pretty sure Kabuto doesn't use toad sage jusu, so he can absorb it just fine. Unless its said somewhere that his chakra will have an effect on Kisame.

Doesn't matter when he is adding his own life force. Just as you can't argue if Hozuki can fuse with Kisame's Suiton, no different.

toad, snake, dog, etc. You can pick any type of animal. It doesn't change the fact of the person wielding it, it only changes attributes/technique.
Kisame will absorb Senjutsu chakra as Senjutsu is universal. Plus dont strawman the manga itself.

The 2 Kage level ninja can win it, dependent on how they decide to take their attacks. And especially since Kabuto has 0 intel.

Kabuto is more dangerous in a cave, can't really see his fighting style being immensely "OP" outside of a cave where he can't go into hiding and what not.

No intel or not, Kages have 0 ways to take down Kabuto.

Kabuto is as dangerous outside the cave. The only thing the cave grants him is a nigh-impossible counter to White Rage, thats it.

Team 1 can win if Kisame plays his cards right.
