Li is a skinny,long boy with black hair. He has dark brown eyes with a small yellow dot in the right eye. He always wears dark blue or black pants, a black lined mesh T-shirt under a middle short sleeved blue jacket with a black belt and the regular black ninja sandals. He is regularly seen with a lazy or irritated expression. He also wears bandages regularly around his hands and wrists, a trait that was due to his regular taijutsu training. He also has a brown wakizashi on his back, the Sukenobu. He has it as long as he can remember and is more of a souvenir for him than an actual weapon.
Personality:
Although he has a lazy and irritated look on his face, he is actually a caring and loving guy. He always takes the time to go to the nearest lake and take a look at the fishes. He loves his grandfather very much and looks to him as the parent he never had. Even willing to give his life to him. He’s the kind of person who would never get into a fight without trying to solve the problem first. These aspects are the reason why the people off his village call him Generous Li.

Background Info.
History:
Li was 2 years when his parents died. They were killed by defending Konoha from the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. Even though Li couldn’t remember this tragic moment, it affected his life by never having the parents he always wanted. With his parents dead, his grandfather educated him and made him the man he is. Before he went to the academy, he worked with his grandfather as a carpenter. It never came cross his mind to become a ninja, because he never thought he could kill someone and never had the psychical body to be one. He loved his life with his grandfather and helped him happily with his work. When he heard how his parents died, the feeling to become a ninja only became worse. After helping some neighbors, he went home and saw that the door was open. Calm and vigilant he opened the door and saw that the house was upside down and there were bloodstains on the ground. Terrified he explored his grandfather's house and saw his grandfather on the ground. Not knowing what to do, he shouted as hard as he could. Crying and holding his grandfather, he heard someone coming. He saw that it was the anbu who probably heard him screaming his lungs out. He went to them and explained them the situation. The anbu took his grandfather to the hospital and said that maybe he could still be alive. Feeling helpless, he sat on the floor. He did not know what to do. His grandfather was the only one he had. He did not know why they have attacked his grandfather but he did know that his Grandfather had something special in his possession. He had to protect it and his grandfather. He had to do something, he had to become stronger. He had to follow the path of his parents, he had to be ninja! After he's grandfather got fired from the hospital, he took less time to enjoy the nature and practiced more and more to defend his grandfather. He got when he was little a wakizashi from his grandfather because it used to be from his father. The wakizashi called Sukenobu. He never used it and put it safely into his closet, but now that's not the case. He uses it more and more often to help him train. When his grandfather saw how extensive Li was, he advised him to register with the academy. After a while thinking about it, he accepted it. At age 11 he graduated from the Ninja academy and after a time he was well versed in the swordsmanship and taijutsu, being very fast and an expert in hand-to-hand combat.
Other
Sukenobu (wakizashi): References to wakizashi use date at least back to the sixteenth century. Originally, the term wakizashi was used to mean any sword worn on the side of the main sword. Later, the term was used to denote the group of swords which were shorter than the main sword of the samurai, and as a result, wakizashi acquired the meaning of the side sword, because a side sword was shorter than the main sword by its nature.
