Well, the electricity around you should be really sensitive to touch, so the instant it makes contact with something, it should explode in an outwards direction.

Ohh okay I see. So I charge up my chakra create a coat lightning over my body and charge towards your clone.

...What happens? How might you utilize this in a battle?

Well I can utilize this in battle by blitzing my opponent and keeping him on the defensive. If my raiton coat is sensitive to touch then wouldnt that eliminate taijutsu from his arsenal as long as the jutsu is active? I would just try to strike your clone in a place where is would cause the most amount of damage or where I could immobilize your limbs.

Okay, so it basically acts a weak shield around you. It can definitely protect you from weak spikes from the earth, and as you said, Taijutsu as well.

Keep this in mind the next time you use it.

Hmmm..... I feel like zeus right now xD

I charge up chakra, focus it on my hands, and I picture little bolts of lightning shooting from my hands. I aim towards your clone but cannot release the chakra outward. I stop trying for a minute, get my he's clear then try again. I charge up chakra, focus it on my hands, picture what I want the outcome to be and as im picturing it, I release the lightning bolt as if I were sling shotting my chakra out of my body.

Let us move on then. I again, want you to focus your Raiton Chakra into your hand. Pool it into something physical and do your best to maintain and shape its form into a ball. When you think you have created enough power in that ball, release it from your hand towards my clone here.

so kinda like raiton grenade?

so i focus my chakra into one point, focus it on my hand, and try make a solid raiton object but have trouble maintaining shape, focus, and control. it feels like its just gonna shoot wildly and after a few more seconds my chakra discharges on its own cause lack of control. How am i supposed to form an object with chakra?

Well, I don't necessarily mean to make it rock hard solid, but give it substance so that when you "release" it, so to speak, it would deal great damage.

okay but how do i maintain its shape and consistancey without it discharging on its own like before?

Focus on shaping it within itself, into a form - think much like the lines of chidori, however, it's pressurized enough so that it will only explode on impact.

So like try to form it into a ball or blade so it explodes on impact?

 

[Adachi]

Think of a bomb, yes.
