As ive stated lightning is very destructive so damaging yourself and comrades by wielding it improperly.
Since lightning has high speed your body need to be in to physical form to be able to see and keep up while using raiton jutsu.
Weakness is wind.

Strength over earth.
Can be used to temporarily immobilize enemies.
Can be used to raise speed, reflexes, strength, etc.
Piecing attacks as well as ranged.
Can be used with suiton to enhance damage given, or range.
Can be used along with weapons.
Can't think of any more at the moment but will update my list as I see fit.

*i jump back a little cause ive never felt lightning chakra and it felt like a jolt of adrendaline that can be activated at will. It feels like a rush of life that in that moment I felt like I can much more than ive ever dreamed.*
I think lightning chakra overall would flow as easily as life does, would flow with a tingly feeling as if you were about to do something dangerous and your body gets naturally nervous. Would vary between people as in their situation or life changes but overall the feeling and rush I think would never change.

So, taking your amazing words and description of Lightning, could you recreate that aspect with your chakra? Try and manipulate your chakra in such a way so that you make Lightning bolts jump across the palms of your hand.

*okay... Clears mind, begins to breath slowly, and tries to feel the flow of life and thinks of a time where my body has felt a rush of energy and tries to recreate that moment in my mind. I try to mold my chakra and concentrate the flow towards my palms to discharge some kind of spark and fail. I keep trying but keep failing. I turn to sensei and ask why? I also ask sensei what he thought about when he first learned raiton.*
Hm...I learned Raiton over three years ago. It was a hard process, and as Lightning isn't Earth or Water, and is extremely violent and hard to control, it took me some time to master it.
You must concentrate fully. Block everything else out and focus on that one Lightning bolt, sending it towards my clone to attack him.
Don't forget to direct it towards a particular area on him.

Okay I see... I close my eyes to concentrate, focus my chakra towards my hand. i open my eyes and release the chakra and I send a measily little bolt that missed my target. After a few tries I finally hit my target in the chest.
Good work. Not bad for a start.
Now, using the exact same way you focused your Raiton earlier, I want you to generate a pool of it into your hand. Then, when you believe you have stored enough chakra, slam the ground with your hand and release the chakra through it towards my feet. Remember to maintain steady control as you do so.

I release little amount of chakra and only end up hurting my hand -.- I try again. Focus my chakra to one palm, gathering a much as possible, I concentrate and thrust to the groun. But with fear of hurting my hand again I lose concentration and only crate a small hole where I released the chakra. I try once again realizing that I need to see and think about where I want the flow of released chakra to go. I once again store chakra, focus it to one hand, and thrust towards the ground. I keep concentration and try to control where the released chakra is going and I Am able to hit sensei with the discharged chakra.

Excellent. Don't forget to describe the effects - I would most likely be paralyzed if it strikes me.
Both of the jutsus I have taught you so far are instantaneous. They don't require handseals and are super fast, so you can easily use them in battle to shock an opponent. But you have to keep distance in mind.
