I would say its unfair to allow a noob(nobody in particular),to use a bio that I have when Im a very popular member.Its not fair yes as you didnt create the character,but its still fair that in a 'game' its not fair to look like everyone else.Take WoW for example,you wont want someone using the safe:looks,weapons,armour.

Yes, its rather an unpleasant situation. However, I would dislike to find 10 other people RP'ing as the same character as my custom bio. >_< Imagine you RP as Goku, and suddenly 3 people decide to make a Goku bio and RP with him. It ruins your self image and personality using him.

If he doesn't give you permission you'll have to change the bio, to a different characters all together.
