Depends. If they are in CQC and he tries to do this, he will most likely be blitzed by A. But if he was far then yes, Kirin will hit A

Well seeing as a chakra-based lightning technique managed to pierce him, it's only right to assume a technique made of natural lightning will do even more damage seeing as it's more potent.

Kirin absolutely murders Ay. I can't believe people actually think Ay is immune to Kirin, when one; Kirin is natural lightning, not Raiton.. And two, Sasuke was electrocuted by his own Chidori against Deidara, meaning Raiton users are prone to electrocution. Not to mention, Kirin busted a mountain sized building, it's obvious to any sub-zero IQ tard that it holds a lot of blunt force.
