Remember when sasuke was gonna use Kirin against naruto, Sakura, Yamato and sai in part 2 when they first seen sasuke but orochimaru stopped him from using it? Do you guys think any of them could've survived it? Itachi only survived cause of susanoo.. What would naruto ,Sakura,Yamato, and sai do to protect themselves cause that Kirin lighting is faster than speed of sound.

He only needs to do fire style jutsu in the air to create a thunder cloud and Kirin is the jutsu he created to kill Itachi

Except for the fact that with the combined heat of his fire style and Amaterasu, it still took several minutes for Kirin to form. Seing as how the sky was clear and he didn't shoot any fire prior to raising his hand, and he wouldn't have just stood there with his hand up for a while waiting, that shit wasn't Kirin.

Not Kirin. It's possible Sasuke has more jutsu up his sleeve. Also, the fact that Oro noted he never saw the shape manipulation of Sasuke's Chidori sword implies Sasuke developed his lightning style techniques himself, so Oro knowing what "that jutsu" was debunks it being Kirin.

What if, and this is a reach, using amaterasu only to heat up the clouds, Sasuke could be able to produce a black lightning kirin?

I don't believe it was Kirin because he did not shoot his Katon technique to prepare for it and because I don't believe he was planning to kill them, just knock them out. I believe it was probably a chidori stream. Then again, he may still have been planning to shoot the katon technique first into the sky or didn't require it since his chakra wasn't depleted.

No, I believe Yamato would have used Mokuton to shield them. Mokuton absorbs chakra and was shown to be a good defense against such attacks.

Also not true, as Zetsu noted it was beyond something that could be created with chakra alone.
