What was the technique that Sasuke was going to use against Yamato, Sai, Sakura and Naruto when Orochimaru told him not to use ''that'' technique, Sasuke had his hand raised in the sky like he had in the fight against Itachi. If it is Kirin it's obvious that everyone who said that Kirin required alot of prep time are ****ed in the ass because the sky was sunny and there was not a single raincloud in the area.

^But he also needs to shot a Lighting up to the sky in order for Kirin to work.......the Lighting from the sky can be there, but if Sasuke doesn't shot the Lighting from his hand and up to the sky then Kirin won't work.

^He can use his own Natural Chakra to create Kirin, but it won't be at the same level as with Natural energy.

Sasuke formed a hand sign because he was using his own Natural Chakra while the second time he didn't formed any hand sign because do to him using the Natural energy from the the atmosphere.

This is what i'm thinking aswell lol, i too believe that Sasuke can use Kirin whenever he wants to.

Kirin in the Itachi battle was prepared long before, so that Sasuke could use it, without having to generate the clouds, so he only had to use the little chakra he had left to just conduct the lightning...
