It takes way too much chakra and now that he has susano'o and amaterasu; it would be dumb to use it. I guess he'll only use it again as a last resort like his fight with Itachi.

I remember Sasuke using it with barely any chakra left... With amaterasu, it would be quicker to prepare for Kirin, but he has to be in a high enough place.

He can't use it in a regular fight, it takes too much prep time and chakra just to get it ready, and the opponent isn't going to watch him do it. We haven't really seen much of Sasuke anyways let alone using kirin which he probably will never use again.
