Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot, lightning technique created by Sasuke. He draws natural lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his strike and controls it with chakra. Unlike most techniques, which are based on the user's chakra, this one uses natural lightning. Only Natural Energy can harm Obito, Kirin is Natural energy, but Kirin will never work on Obito,
because Obito has full Intel in it, the necessary preparations, set-up and how it works. If Sasuke tries to prep Kirin, Obito can easily see what Sasuke's up-to.

The Chakra used to manipulate Kirin would be negated by Obito as the Chakra itself is Not Natural energy.

Kirin can't be erased because the technique itself isn't chakra based, and therefore cannot be erased. If it hits, it works.

Onmyouton-In'youton erases physical chakra based techniques a.k.a Ninjutsu but if the technique isn't 100% chakra, it cannot be erased.

A version of Kirin used by his own chakra would be far weaker than one using natural lightning, So it wouldn't even be a threat.

Lol this is a terrible way to support your ideas. Even though you agree that Kirin is a pure thunder and as such it should harm Obito the way senjutsu does, you do not give any specific examples of how he can counter it whatsoever basing his whole defense on his knowledge. You should remember that Kirin is a very fast attack since it lands with the speed of a thunder (obviously) so knowledge or not, if you don't have time to counter it, you're going to get hit.

it was a one time jutsu....! kishi just produced a jutsu to make itachi use his susano....! and anyway it's an overrated jutsu so if it is used in theory it still sucks...!
