Kirin Vs Rasen-shuriken

Which is stronger?
Both-One hit kills, Long range (when naruto throws rasen-shuriken it becomes long range).
Kirin- Is impossible to dodge, tho it takes either a fire release technique or stormy skies to make the technique usable. Also takes a while to perform.Uses little chakra as it is just directing the power of lighting towards the enemy.
Rasen-shuriken- takes 3 people to do, uses up a lot of chakra.

I would say rasen shuriken just because of the fact that the conditions in which kirin can be used are hard to achieve.

Kirin is the fastest known jutsu besides ST jutsu. Rasen-shuriken destroys your body on a cellular level. Have fun surviving being shocked and crushed by pure lightning that moves faster than you can blink and wind blades that cut down your body on a cellular level.

Anyways, Kirin strikes faster than a Rasenshuriken would and before you could throw it, assuming the user is in Sage Mode, you would be killed by it. If they weren't in Sage Mode, they would actually have to hit them with it, and before they got into range, they would be killed by Kirin.

one hit kills for normal ninja but not when fighting the third raikage and itachi i dont consider a move a one hit kill unless it kills whatever it hits in one hit
