You forgot to mention Kirin is lightning and therefore already at the molecular level.

In other words Lightning is an atmospheric electrical discharge an by definition nothing more than an accumulation of electrical charges at 2 certain points.And an electrical charge is nothing more than a physical manifestation of the conserved properties of Subatomic particles.

So in conclusion Jinton can't dismantle to the molecular level something that is already at the Subatomic Level.
