I know people should know this technique by now?It an advance lightning release creasted by Sasuke that allow him to control nature lightning.Before Sasuke launch Kirin at Itachi,the jutsu had impact on the environment,there were multiple lightning strike each side of the mountain which can be use as a defense/offense

Sasuke can control the lightning strike to unexpectedly hit opponent without them knowing it.The lightning from the sky is nature energy this will difficult for sensor to pick up the jutsu.Kirin by itself is similar size to Hashirama budhi statue because it is as big as a mountain /bigger

lol yeah? I think kirin was more put there to show sasuke is even or so against itachi, for example, when sasuke came out of the akatsuki hideout

it was raining with lightning flashing, that was the perfect moment to do a kirin! he killed the zetsus and destroy the hideout with his susanoo and black flames instead

You mean Buddhism? That's different. Buddha was the prince and founder of Buddhism. Buddha was technically 'a real person', and dragon is a mythical creature representing many cultures and religions. Even English knew about them.

Buddha was a real person, he was a legendary prince. Buddha means 'awakened one'. His name was Buddha Shakyamuni, or there is another explanation that is when a person who is enlightened and free of bad karma can achieve this name.

He was called Kami (God), because he knew everything about the past, present and future. There was nothing he didn't know, nor did he do anything wrong.

There was another 'God' called Shiva, the Hindu God of Death or the Destroyer, who has eight arms each with a different object: a cobra an antelope a scepter with Nandi on top a damru or drum. Buddha had only two arms. Also there was a Boddhisattva, which had thousand arms. But it's not Buddha.

I'm not to sure on the destruction power anymore. It hit half dead itachi and he lived.

Also the only chakra it uses are for prep, and control. The actual jutsu its self is pure energy.

The best aspect of this jutsu is once the jutsu is active it's impossible to avoid. It has to be blocked or absorbed.
