I think we all forget that Suigetsu took a tbb from the 8 tails point blank, right to the face AND SURVIVED! We've only seen kirin used once and was only deflected because of susanoo.

It actually took a legendary, ethereal armor to block kirin; whereas Suigetsu had nothing to protect himself with from the tbb, and still survived after tanking it at point blank. Should be easy to see which actually packs more punch. Then again, if people are giving a biased answer simply over who uses these techs, then I guess there's no way they'd be able to understand the obvious >.>

(also like to mention that since Suigetsu was not in a solid form he is not as affected by a TBB in comparison to pre-liquification. And notice how the blast radius was still superior to Kirin regardless or how affected people where , if we measure things by destructive power TBB wins... Also Kirin may be fast but it takes loads of preparations and is highly weather reliant meaning there is a limited usage , especially as it is also a one shot which means Kirin has many restrictions.)
