Not only did the juubi finger flick away a tbb the implication of the reseshuriken mixed with a kirin is impractical for two main reasons
Wind and lightning do not mix and kirin is as dangerous as it is because it is mostly raw lightning and once it is cast is too fast for the eye to see so naruto will have no time to even hurl his resenshuriken into it to make itcombine(even though it wouldn't combine in the first place.)

Agreed if it can take a TBB to the eye it's going to be harder to stop than that. Naruto's probably going to pull of one of those famous Uzumaki seals, and now that Tsunades gonna die he's gonna finally be Hokage.

rasenshuriken could cut juubi hand may the combo would cut the 4limbs but thinking of it both jutsu may cancel out each other, it is just like attaching with both fire and water.
