The manga has only established "ninjutsu" does not work against Obito. Anything else is fair game is up to Obito to defend against. If senjutsu is the only thing that can reach or harm Obito then S/T seals shouldn't work on him as well.

Sad that Itachi's incomplete Susanno still without Yata Mirror turned on, blocked Kirin. We saw what Obito can do to Sasuke's Susanoo with his black orbs and staff. He can easily defend himself by them even if Kirin could harm him. I dont know really if it can but it definitely wont be a way to kill him.

Kirin was blocked by Ribcage Susano'o, i'm pretty sure his staff would be able to stop kirin.
