Kirin is useless against sage mode naruto

Sasuke does not create kirin with his own chakra, he use's the chakra in the atmosphere. Naruto's sage mode allows him to manipulate natural energy(chakra in the atmosphere), when it comes to energy in the atmosphere between sasuke and naruto, naruto has the upper hand. While sasuke using his katon to create thunder clouds naruto has control over natural energy so he can interrupt the formation of kirin. What i'm trying to say is that naruto in sage mode can survive sasuke's kirin.

that is a pretty good theory considering that sage modes natural energy is indeed drawn from the atmosphere and the terrain
although when sasuke is sending fire into the sky its not making chakra in the atmosphere the hot temperature that randomly jumps into the sky is whats creating a natural storm and its not chakra laced
naruto can still of course take natural energy from this but it wouldnt stop a storm and sasuke is just using the storm to his advantage and controlling the lightning

Sasuke would have to provide all the conditions for Kirin aswell, so he couldn't make use of his foes attacks.

No, what Sasuke controls is natural lightning. Naruto needs to constantly balance his own chakra with nature energy. If he tries to draw to much chakra from the atmosphere he would turn to a frog.

What your theory is nothing, but speculation. We've never seen Naruto draw in an effective amount of nature energy that it actually caused a reaction from the atmosphere or anything else. Why? Because it would kill him.

That´s not really how it works, Sasuke alters the atmosphere using the heat of various sources, and Naruto drawing nature chakra won´t affect a storm made of natural(nature chakra not included into the storm at all)lightning clouds, meaning Sasuke still has his shot.
