It's underrated to an extent, I agree. The problem is that Kirin could only be used once. It's kind of obvious to see because the clouds and lightning are forming together in one spot.

Other then that, I don't Sasuke would have too much of a problem.

Compare to current power levels it's overrated. It's below odama FRS in power. Which naruto can use casually now. It is even a one time justu. Why waste time doing that when he has faster and more effective jutsu.

Things have progressed so far its almost not worth worrying about. Naruto wouldn't even have to side step at this point. I can't think of anyone one Kage level or above this would actually hinder.

Maybe some sort of supped up version but then again why bother, Sauce has better jutsu that are still relevant he can use. A Kirin upgrade would be a waste imo.

Kirin is powerful jutsu but in current scenario, it can be tanked easily by main naruto characters. We have seen power levels of many shinobis in this fortuh inja world war. Kirin is a jutsu which can be withstood by the elite ninjas.

It's more overrated than being underrated considering i saw people comparing it to bijuudama, evening elephant or putting it against Buddha or PS.

Even cows can survive lightning struck ffs, in NV Kirin is not instant one shot to everyone and any defense.
