I know that it is possible, although somewhat unusual, to see lightning in a clear day. What I asked is how Sasuke would bring Lightning from the sky to the ground if his chakra wasn't up there to allow him to do so.

I was going to say Sasuke shouldn't be able to just pick some random bolt of lightning from the sky and bring it down if no charka is used to connect him to the thunderclouds above because that would at the very least be classified as Senjutsu, which he doesn't have outside of his Curse Mark.

But then again, I can kinda see how this discussion would go from there, so I might as well just cut it off here.
