Kirin in a dessert?

I wanna ask a question,can kirin be done in a dessert?, natural lightening dosent form in desserts right?. So kirin can be done,or can it?

It is not natural lighting that does not form it is natural clouds that do not form in desserts typically. The mountains that surrond the dessert prevents clouds form entering the dessert because once a cloud is above a mountain it begins to rain. Sasuke forms the clouds himself meaning yes Kirin could form in a dessert because he creates the cloud in the dessert and no mountains are in the way.

In order to use Kirin you need Thunder clouds and for this Jutsu Sasuke is the one that makes the Thunder clouds.. so, if Sasuke hates up the sky and makes the Thunder clouds he can use Kirin everywhere he wants including in the dessert.

Well sasuke makes clouds by heating up the atmosphere,but in a dessert,the atmosphere is also hot,would it take the same time in a desert than in the uchiha hideout?

I think Sasuke can do Kirin with his chakra alone but it's much easier on his body if he uses raw lightening. He was about to use it against team 7(naruto, Sakura, Sai, Yamato) when they met even though there were no thunder clouds.

yea,this is what ive been thinking,sasuke shoots fireballs to heat up the water vapout and making it rise up forming clouds,but in a dessert,there is no air moisture,so it cant form right?

This is also true. Desserts are known to be hot and cause early fatigue we do not get complaints or sweat or anything that would even hint that the dessert is even hot like a real dessert.
