It was bigger from the moment he launched it, then it compressed itself, then it hit Kisame.

From the moment it was fired, it was already smaller than it was against Kisame. Then it would compress like Guy said, and then it would create an explosion of concussive force. That means it was weaker.

They were no where near the explosion itself
(Most likely even farther away than Naruto, Obito, and Kakashi were from the explosion against Madara) but they still felt some impact from it.

2- In the SAME SCAN you see how big is the shark compared to GAI, and its not bigger than a susano

3- Hirudora got smaller AFTER BEING SWALLOWED BY KISAME'S SHARK

4- AT THE TIME OF THE LAUNCH, HIRUDORA (ON KISAME) AND HIRUDORA (ON MADARA) HAD THE SAME SIZE, THEN THE ONE USED ON KISAME GOT SMALLER AND WEAKENED.

Images don't work for me. Though you probably posted the scan where he got hit and a scan of the explosion and failed to answer the question. Scan of Madara's Susanoo being destroyed? I see it being pushed back, nothing more.

1-Read the databook, it compresses and descompresses the instant it gets launched... It got smaller inside kisame's jutsu

2-Evidence that was destroyed: Madara didn't show uo for a whole chapter... if his susanoo wasn't destroyed why didn't he simply stand up and kill Gai?
