Location: Hanzo vs Nagato cliff.
Intel: None.
Distance: 30 meters.
Conditions: Hanzo gave Konan salamander antidote beforehand. All of the Mist shinobi can sense inside the Kirigakure no jutsu.

Scenario 2: Chibaku Tensei and Chou Shinra Tensei (the village buster one) are restricted.

I'd love to go with Kirigakure, but Chibaku Tensei realistically defeats 99% of the mist team. Kisame is the only one able to survive and counter it to an extent, other then perhaps Gengetsu surviving it. But even then, Kisame is easily taken out afterwards as is Gengetsu.
