(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique

Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize (if from Haku's Clan). If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.

i take the ice ball inbetween both my hands and begin to remold it, with one side of the ball i begin to extending it outward from the edge (outer most part of the ball) of the ball until its about 2ft long then i begin to stregthen the part which i extended makeing it more even along the part that ive already extened (at this part of it the ice looks more like a mace than anything else). once i fell that its even enough i then begin on the other side which is still half a ball or himasphere, going through the same idea as the other side only once it looks like a staff i slowly begin to slim the end of it down and expaned it to look like a arrow head.

good, now....then..

begin by focusing your water and wind chakra into the air, this'll condense clouds in the air... allowing it to snow.. which will be necessary for certain Ice Jutsu.

i begin to release my water chakra into the air, all around us, once i feel a lil worn from releasing the water chakra i slowly begin to release my wind chakra into the water chakra in the air around us and slowly begin to cool the wind chakra makeing the water chakra begin to crystalize then the crystals begin to grow larger and heavyer causeing it the lightly rain down around us, where i slowly begin to chill the wind chakra again causing the rain to harden and freeze into ice crystals which begin to snow on us where we stand.

Your doing good, but the snow isn't building up. control yor chakra nad keep it evenly distributed into the clouds. This will allow the snow to stick.

this technique will consist of you manipulating some needles, and turning them into small birds which can follow the opponent and dodge in and out of techniques that can potentially prevent them from hitting the opponent.
