The lightning armor instantly activates(split second) and I disappear from sight one second later, as I have Futsu-Nushi-no-Kami and the Ion Particle Armor it takes me little time to nothing to charge up my chakra for my Lightning Execution and I charge it directly into you, killing you instantly.

Description: The user gathers all positive electrically charged Ions in the nearby enviroment, creating an ultimate armor of Lightning that is capable of rejecting all positive and negative electrons that are coming in touch with them.The user's speed increases to Lee's 3rd Gate speed and his general competence in Lightning attacks increases.Each turn the armor is active, the ions zap the user's skin causing discomfort while he moves around.The first time the armor is activated, it slightly burns the surface of the skin.
- Once the armor is deactivated, it cannot be activated for the rest of the battle.
- May be teached only by Shigure.

(Raikou Keiriku) – Lightning Execution

Range: Mid-Long
Chakra Cost: 50
Damage Points: 90 (+20 to user, and 10 additional damage to the opponent the next round.)
Description: The user charges natural lightning from around him into both his palms, as he charges it, he slowly releases chakra from his hands, and two bolts of lightning get created in the user’s palms.As he fully releases the lightning chakra, the ground starts shaking and the user travels at very high speeds towards his enemy.Once reached his target, the user stabs him in a diagonal way with both bolts.If, during the attack, the lightning is watched through a microscop, there can be seen small chakra streams that spread throughout the lightning, and once hit the enemy, the streams get out of the lightning and affect him at a cellular level, and the opponent doesn’t notice in the beginning, but later on he starts feeling pains and gets muscle cramps.The small streams of chakra affect the user too, while he is holding both bolts in his palms.
- May be used once per battle.
- If the enemy is hit, the cellular damage is unavoidable.
- Can be teached only by Shigure and Kaito.

Notice: This takes no more than 3 to 5 seconds. Lightning Armor = 3rd gate speed, which wouldn't take me more than 2-3 seconds to reach you, and the Lightning Execution would charge quick. Good luck.

EDIT: Also, remember that the Lightning Execution also grants me extra speed, so it might take less.

Descripton: causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.

this materializes instantly around me in a 360 degree circle. giving you no chance to avoid it, causing your own armor to backfire on you, and disallowing any chance to for you manipulate the spear. Killing you.

I said it would take me around 3 seconds to reach you, in that time you point your arms towards me, clasp your hands, say the name of the jutsu and perform it, which, if you watch(the second jutsu), first starts with a small amount of water circling around the user, at the speed I was having I would pass right through it, and like 2 seconds later starts materializing.

Im not pointing my hands at you at all. Thats for directing the water towards you. least that's what I think... as the wave burst from the shockwave directly going towards the third hokage. I simply created the water around me, not to mention.. Im not calmly sitting there as you charge at me.. that water that does materilize took a second to get there. I started that jutsu right after you activated your armor. so passing through it is a no go. and only you would be dead I believe. it would be charged though but even so.. I could still direct the water away from me long enough so I could avoid it.

and considering you just did 60 damage to yourself by activating your armor and using that technique... it's the same as Taking a A-Rank jutsu head on which would kill you.

Also, I don't know who these "challangers" are that you speak of, but I'm a challenger, and been challenging you for the past two months, so I guess I can interfere, since I'm a challenger, and not "Challangers".

thats how you took it but i used it directly after your first jutsu. which took a split second.. as you said and you said directly after you, make your way towards me using your second jutsu. All it takes is a clasp of the hands.. the jutsu materlizes from moisture in the air. being in the mountains of kumogakure.... that makes it happen even quicker perhaps.. Being the "cloud" village there will be moisture but neways that's besides the point you already admitted you would be dead.. and you more then likely would possibly be dead from activating both those jutsu you used as it is the same as taking a A-rank head on.... so my death doesn't happen and you would be I still have tme to direct that water way from me..

but ill get a Mod to look at the fight.

Shig is right. It took the second hokage around 3-4 seconds to create the jutsu since you started it only after he started coming at you your timing would be off. You also have to remember it takes you much longer to preform the technique. It was said that the second hokage had the ability to create water out of thin air, something no one else could do with all water jutsu(some were shown but only the second was shown with the ability to use multiple jutsu out of thin air. Him and maybe kisame idk), so this task is much slower for you.

If your bio was the second hokage then your tactic would work. However since it isn't I highly doubt you can get it off in time.

The jutsu works the same for everyone that uses since its on the jutsulist. so even though it would happen faster if I was 2nd Hokage, im more then sure the 1 second it takes for this jutsu to have enough water to kill him would be enough. it takes less then a second for someone to clasp their hands, try it.
then the next second enough water would be there so that it would kill him..
