Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki

Ōtsutsuki Kinshiki was a descendant of the Ōtsutsuki clan and the obedient subordinate of Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki in Boruto: Naruto the Movie. Kinshiki was very loyal to Momoshiki and was also a father figure to him, to the extent that he offered himself to be changed into a chakra pill. Kinshiki also showed a vengeful side, as he was determined to kill Sasuke for cutting his horn off from their first battle.

- As an Ōtsutsuki, Kinshiki was gifted with powerful chakra and longevity, gaining 1250 extra chakra.
- Kinshiki is a natural wielder of the Byakugan, but cannot use Gentle Fist.
- Using the Creation Tools at Will technique, he is capable of creating various red glowing ninja tools, like a kanabō or an axe, halberd, and many other weapons forming at will from nothing.
- Kinshiki has big hands and a burly physique accompanied with a towering height that reached over two meters. Due to this towering figure, he is a Advanced Combat Specialist , gaining a passive +30 to Tai and Kenjutsu
Restrictions:
- Requires, at minimum, Genin rank to make this bio.
- Requires one to spend 7,000 Kumi.
- Cannot advance his Byakugan into Tenseigan.
- Cannot use the Advanced Puppetry ability.
