Disregarding Overtly powerful techniques, Madara already has advantages in this fight. Kin and Gin have no counter for Genjtusu which results in recuperation from the technique and during such a stage the opponents are vulnerable. With his analytical feats displayed, Madara will no doubt make swift victory during this time using Yasaka no Magatama or just simply gut stabbing like he did to Tsunade. His katon techniques, also unmatched, would deal heavy damage to the Bros. Even in their Pseudo-Jinchuriki states, Madara has defenses like Incomplete Susano'o and the ability to summon the kyuubi via, contract seal.

Madara Still has perfect Susano'o in his arsenal and it's destruction incarnate offenses + Defensive capabilities to withstand a fully powered TBB in its unstable state. To also mention, Kin and Gin's transformations have chakra limits no doubt being that they're Pseudo-Jinchuriki and are prone diminish their chakra pools over extended periods of time and also depending on the scale and types of techniques which will be used. Madara was able to have full control over the kyuubi and simultaneously utilize and manipulate Perfect susano'o which attests to his dense chakra pools, it was also stated that the uchiha clan was unparalleled in terms of Chakra and madara being their leader, further implies. Kin and Gin Stand no chance even with their Fancy tools...its rather obvious.
