Tell me what is "Coc"? Because I imagined the proper abbreviation for Conqueror's Haki was "CoH", "CH", or "HH" (Haushoku Haki).

CoC = Color Of The Conqueror
CoA = Color Of Armaments
CoO = Color Of Observation

Haoshoki is the Japanese naming of Conqueror's haki
