Ok , I would say pein at this stage in time as he has all 6 way vision link'ed between the main body so he will be able to watch both the brothers at the same time and also as they have their souls due to the fact they are not in edo pein can rip their souls out or force push them or any of his other paths. Also i think that he would just repel the 5 element fan and also push the brother with the whip away before it could even touch him or make one of his lesser inportant paths take the hit.

Agreed at this stage pein would win. If we see more jutsu's from the bro's then maybe. Pein would repel the to fast and inbetween the 3 second delay he would hust use the other path of peins to block and defend him with the absorbtion powers. I still think if pein had been at full power when he fought naruto we'd be seeing the 10 tails a lot faster.

if its just the six bodies and no Negato to control them them then I'll take the legendary Kinkaku Force. If Negato is around I'll take Pain and his Rinningan dojuitsu wielding paths of pain. His paths have no souls to seal because their already dead and I'm pretty sure he can plan and execute his attacks with out talking. And he has a Path that has a soul sealing stealing juitsu.

Pain definitely... If they did fight, Pain would probably take the ninja treasures and use them...I think Kin and Gin have a Nine-Tailed forms.

I agree i think just like the Sora " arc " in the anime (filler) he had a peice of the nine tails chakra and he could go demon fox cloak 1-4 tails I think they will both be able to go 4-4 and a half tails each

6 on 2.. Pain isnt getting souls ripped out soo that nullifies the SO6P treasures.. the Kin Gin do have beast level chakra though and 9tails power proved to be a problem to Pain in fighting Naruto but Pain still got it... unless Kin Gin has Sage Mode...
