I'm at Traverse Town, I just want to know what are the best attack commands this early on?

So far, I have:

Spark Dash R at level 11

Thunder Blast at level 8

Heat Sweep C at level 10

Fire Blast at level 9

Cura C at level 4

Any recommendations?

I mean just play by your play style man, it looks good to me. That's why square enix adds so many different options and things to customize.
