Departure from the Domain of the Beast
Okay, it's been awhile since my last chapter but here it is Chapter 7: Departure from the Domain of the Beast.
(Belle looks down into the trench below, as Gaston falls to his death. She runs back to where the Beast is laying down, her eyes filled with tears, caressing his fur as he gets weaker.)
Belle: (crying) Your going to be okay....
Sora: Yeah, just hang in there.
Beast: B-Belle......S-S...Sora.....Thank...you... for everything....
(The Beast struggles to rise up but eventually succeeds. He gazes into the eyes of the weeping maiden and weakly kisses her in the forehead, before slowly falling back onto the floor. Sora looks away and holds back his tears.)
Lumiere: Master! Master! Ze creatures we cannot hold them off. We ne-
(Lumiere becomes silent as he sees his the Beast's lifeless body on the floor. Sora looks him in the eye and shakes his head. Belle tearfully embraces Sora and hugs him, Sora in return hugs her back telling her everything will be fine.)
Sora: I'm sorry... Belle.... I'm sorry I couldn't s-save him...
(Belle stays silent still crying. Total silence fell upon the castle until Cogsworth runs towards Lumiere with the more news.)
Cogsworth- The Creatures are coming here! We must leave at once!!
(The creatures start to tear down the door Cogsworth entered from, garnering the attention of Belle and Sora. Eventually the door came down and the Heartless-Hybrids rushed towards Sora's location until a light caused them to stop in their tracks.)
Sora: (confused) Huh? What was that?
Belle: (pointing upward) It's him!
This next part is based on the transformation scene in "Beauty and the Beast" So, to see all the effects you can watch the vid located in the spoiler Tags.
(Sora raised his head and saw what Belle saw. He saw the Beast floating in mid-air. Beams of light started to shine from his hands causing the Heartless-Hybrids to cower in fear, the light even making them feel as if it burned them. When the beam of light stopped, Sora and Belle did not see his claws that he once had, but they saw an actual human hand.)
Sora: He's human??
(Eventually light radiated from every corner of the Beast's body, temporarily blinding everyone in the whole area. The Beast's unconscious body slowly descended back onto the ground in front of Belle and Sora, with the two looking on in utter amazement. Belle wiped the tears off her eyes and placed her hand on the Beast. The Beast rose up and revealed his face to a confused Belle. The Beast's real name is Adam)
Adam: (smiling) Belle I'm back!
Belle: I- I don't believe it.
(Adam stands up and Belle examines him. She then smiles and realizes it is him.)
Belle: (Smiles) It is you.
(Adam caresses Belle's hair before the two share a kiss which causes fireworks to go off. Sora looks on and smiles imagining him and Kairi doing the same.Sora looks around and does not see the Heartless-Hybrids, all he sees are the townspeople, who wonder where they are and how they got there. Though he does note that Lumiere and Cogsworth have both become human as well.)
Lumiere: Oh he did it!! The master has done it! He has found love.
Cogsworth: Yes he has!
(Lumiere hugs Cogsworth who frowns, but then decides to return the hug anyways.)
(A strange portal opens up, and an old man steps through, whom Belle embraces immediately.)
Belle: Daddy! Your okay!
Maurice: Yes dear I'm fine!
Belle: (pouts) Where were you?
Maurice: I don't know. I was in the basement, working on my invention, then the next thing I knew some man took me somewhere. And then I ended up here.
Belle: (smiles) Well it doesn't matter as long as your okay!
This next part is based on the ending scene in "Beauty and the Beast" So, to see it in motion you can watch the vid located in the spoiler Tags. Watch from 8:00 to the end.
(The next day, Belle and Adam are dancing in the ballroom with their formal attire on, as Sora, Belle's father and the servants look at them Waltz with one another.)
Lumiere: (to Sora) L'amour est merveilleux, no?
Sora: Uhh Sure?
(Belle and Adam stop their dancing and approach Sora.)
Belle: So your leaving again, right?
Sora: Yeah, to be honest, I don't even know where I'm headed.
Belle: Well wherever you go, be careful okay?
Sora: (nods) You got it!
Adam: And come by to visit us once and a while!
Sora: Sure Be- I mean Adam.
(The three share a laugh. Belle gives Sora a hug and places something in his pocket. Adam pats Sora on the shoulder and grabs Belle hand so that they can continue their Waltz. Sora leaves the castle and reaches into his pocket, which shows a new keychain. He smiles as he walks through the gate looking for a way to leave this world.)
(Ursula, Jafar, and Clayton are deep in conversation, as to whether Scar is legit in his proposition to kill Maleficent.)
Ursula: So boys, what do you think? Do you think this overgrown cat is as big as he makes himself seem?
Jafar: Hmm... I don't know.. I can hardly say that I trust a street cat.. like him. Let alone trust any of you.
Ursula: Oh Jafar, we worked together...under Maleficent. Remember?
(Jafar places his hand on his face shaking his head in disappointment)
Jafar: Of course I remember! But still-
Clayton: (angrily interrupts) None of that matters now!! What we need to do is ask him a few questions and decide from there whether or not we wish to associate with him.
Ursula:(smiling) That's alright boys, leave the sweet talkin to me!
(Ursula grooms herself and travels to the location of Scar who is only a few feet away.)
Ursula: Oh! Scar! I have a few questions to ask you... well not just me but the boys too!
Scar: (sighs) How wonderful...
Ursula: For starters, how do you even know of Maleficent? Has she ever contacted you in anyway? When I worked with her I didn't see you at the meetings.
(Scar starts to circle around Ursula as if she were his prey. When he starts to speak his tone is menacing yet gentle at the same time.)
Scar: Now does any of that really matter? The point is that she will be killed. You even said so yourself that if you ever saw her again you would kill her. Am I correct?
Ursula: Yes.
Scar: Exactly, and once we do stop her the worlds will be ours.
(Jafar approaches them along with Clayton at his side)
Jafar: And if I remember correctly, you said we will need to make an army. An army of what exactly? Heartless?
Scar: Precisely, an army of Heartless is what we will use!
Jafar: (laughing) And that statement proves just how much of a fool you are! Maleficent controls the Heartless because they side with whomever is most powerful! And I hate to break it to you my feline friend but you do not match Maleficent in power. In fact the only who comes close is-
(Scar lets out an uncontrollable laugh that interrupts Jafar's speech.)
Scar: You were about to say yourself. Trust me if you had the power to kill Maleficent yourself, you would not be here right now, would you?
(Jafar clenches his teeth in anger and looks away ashamed of himself.)
Scar: Come now, Jafar cheer up. Face it none of us match that witch in power.
Ursula: So since Maleficent is more powerful than us, that means that a Heartless army is out of the question?
Scar: No no Ursula, a Heartless army is still possible, it's just a matter of attaining power. You see if I do become more powerful than Maleficent ,the Heartless will listen to me.
Clayton: And if you don't?
Scar: Than you all can go back to your worlds and continue with your miserable existence.
(Scar begins to walk away, but stops when Ursula asks another question.)
Ursula: So, this army, how do we create it?
Scar: It's simple, go to your home worlds, and do whatever you can to gather Heartless. Once you've done that contact me and we will proceed from there.
Jafar: WAIT! What if we have personal issues to deal with?
Scar: I don't care what you do in your spare time, all I ask is that you get your job done. Is that clear!
(Jafar, Clayton, and Ursula nod.)
Scar: Good now that that is settled, we can-
Clayton: (interrupts) What if he interferes?
Scar: (impatient) He who!?
Clayton: The boy with the large KEY!! I forget his name.
Jafar: Sora! Oh that boy how he irks me!!!
(Scar thinks back and remembers Sora, who was a lion at the time they met, holding the keyblade in his mouth during their battle.)
Scar: Oh... him. I've met him before... he sure has left quite an impression on you people.
Ursula: YES! He's interfered with my plans TWICE!!
Clayton: Well I'm just curious. What do we do when we see him?
(Scar runs his paw through his mane.)
Scar: (grins) Kill him. But as for Maleficent, if you cross paths with her do not engage her in battle under any circumstance, is that clear?
(The three villains nod.)
Ursula: One more thing, that I'm curious about, how are you and Clayton going to get back to your home worlds? You don't look like you get around often.
(Scar softly laughs then points his paw in a certain direction opening up a Corridor of Darkness, causing Jafar, Ursula, and Clayton to be flabbergasted.)
Ursula: H-how on Earth did you do that?
(Scar motions Clayton to do into the portal. As Scar himself walks in he utters "It's one of the benefits of being a Heartless myself.)
