Jiraiya: Hair jutsu can easily defend against Tsunade Taijutsu, Jiraiya Swamp of the Underworld and other earth jutsu, plus his epic fire release can take down a summon in one strike.

His Rasengan and various types are extremely strong, plus he can summon different toads and toad parts plus entering Sage Mode.

Sage Mode: Jiraiya is way faster than both Tsunade and Orochimaru, plus his jutsu is way more powerful, plus Senpo Goemon which could simply take down all the paths of pein if it wasn't for the path which can suck chakra.... Plus Jiraiya Chou Oodoma Rasengan and much more.

He can take Tsunade any day, even without Sage Mode.

Now Orochimaru will be high-extreme difficulty but Jiraiya will take him.

i never said he let him do anything, as someone who read the manga you should know jiraiya was given more than enough time to get into SM. Its obivous Pain didnt take it serious, as he only allowed his three weakest bodies to entertain him for majority of the fight. The moment he got serious, jiraiya got his ass kicked.

But this isnt about the Pain vs. jiraiya fight, this is about jiraiya overrall.

If you want to make it a fair fight and take away his toads, take away orochimaru's snakes, and snake jutsu's. Then he is left with nothing, considering that all his abilities.

Tsunade may be strong, no doubt about that. Fact is if jiraiya uses ninjutsu on her, what is she going to do? she cant punch it, or kick it or heal it?

Lets talk sage mode. Sage mode, is not about Sannin levels. they were awarded titles of Sannin because they were strong ninja. The fact that jiraiya could go into sage mode, ment that he was pretty damn strong. I never saw orochimaru use his sage mode. did you? And tsunade? her sage mode jsut lets her heal over time, and heal others.

Think about the pein arc, what tsunade did. she didnt go fight, she stood and healed everyone. Im not saying that makes her a poor or weak ninja, but it clearly points out she is a support ninja, not a front line fighter.
I dont think I need to point out that Jiraiya would kill orochimaru. I know it would be with high difficulty, but at the end of it all, Jiraiya would have a better range of weapons to defeat him.

Idiot and by the way how can Tsunade use flicker jutsu on a freakin swamp which would just consume her! It's liquid.

Also Hair jutsu would defend him easily since it would block his whole body and become as hard as steal with needle spikes.
