Terms like king of "insert genre" really have nothing to do with the actual music. The person has to have significance, be a cultural figure, and have a general presence within their genre. You gotta look at it objectively, and really, eminem and 2pac are the only logical picks. It is like saying MJ isn't the king of pop or something.
