To answer your question: no.
But in actuality, I theorize that CotSK has a much more deeper power than knocking out fodder. I.E. The power to control the weak-willed (a la Kyoka Suigetsu) and the ability to infuse CoA with it to execute a somewhat similar technique like Almighty Push (what I assume Shanks did on the Moby Dick).
