So I wanted to take this time to give you guys some interesting internet shit to dwell on. I will be breaking down this post in sections and even if you don't know who this is, I am hoping I can make this interesting for you all to read. This post is me sharing my personal feelings and experience with you so as well as my first time making a post in this format so sit back and enjoy. I'll try not to make it too long and add as many references as I can.

  • Who is King Cobra JFS: King Cobra JFS (Joshua Faye Saunders) is an internet lolcow ( ) who started off his YouTube career around 2011. He was a 34 year old (at time of passing) autistic male. His father came to pick him up for a doctors appointment due to him complaining about painful stomach issues. His father found him unresponsive and after noticing his lips were pale in color, attempted to revive him but to no avail. He was known for his wacky antics, gross and off-putting "drink combos" and "food hacks" and known for his super stretched out, leftist political videos on gender equality, being against immoral sexual practices, anti-racism as well as working on "magic" wands as he was a self proclaimed warlock as well as a self proclaimed rock star. Below will be a video example of one of his food hacks and another video of a drink combo. I never went to his channel because he was monetized most of the time and I did not want to give him views so he can make money on it as he would use that money to drink HEAVILY and I cannot support and fuel someone slowly drinking themselves to death but for the sake of respecting the artistry of the dead, no matter how goofy or grotesque it may be, I will link the original videos as he has since now passed and I believe in giving credit where credit is due. His cause of death is currently unknown but with his way of living, it could have been numerous things. Safe to say I think it was a failed pancreas and/or liver due to non-hydration and drinking alcohol heavily almost 24/7. His hygiene was poor so his immune system was failing and his diet and physical activity was poor so that could have also contributed to the cause. He showed signs of being in the early stages of diabetes and well as having numerous, un-cared for infections so the list of medical problems continue and it is to no one's surprised he had passed although no one was expecting it to be so soon...

Drink combo (not a nasty one, thankfully but still extremely random.):

  • Why I watched King Cobra JFS: So the main reason I watched King Cobra JFS although I never watched his main channel for reasons listed above and mainly watching coverage channels, is because he would actually bring me joy on a bad day. His antics would be so random and hilarious. The adventures of Mr. Cobra from the time I started watching him until now he has been on a wild ride. Being a playboy, literally letting homeless criminals and manipulative friends stay with him while both clothing them and feeding them all the time. Real stand up guy to be quite honest. He received a lot of hate and negative comments which some were agreeable, some were in bad taste just to **** with the guy but alas, he always pushed through and kept making his videos to give his "fans" (mostly trolls acting like fans) something to watch and look forward to. Guy was genuinely interesting in the most unique way. If he wasn't getting fired from Wendy's due to not being able to understand where the sweet and unsweetened tea goes, mixing them up and potentially giving diabetics the time of their life, he was out shooting plates with shotguns or doing a "beer challenge" with his friend Darf. B. Passing out on like the fourth or fifth beer. Some of these videos and documentaries people came out with on this guy were so interesting and unique I would catch myself falling asleep to them just immersive myself into a crazy world I never would want to be in myself but enjoyed it from the viewpoint of the cover channels and from the eyes of King Cobra (Cobes) himself. Heck, maybe I am just as weird as him finding satisfaction from his antics that other people would find insane and weird. But I like what I like and I really don't care about the opinions of others. It brought me joy in life.

  • King Cobra JFS compared to other well-known lolcows: So if there is one thing people like doing is comparing him to other lolcows. Granted, this will be formed of my own views and not as facts or ideologies of others but based off of my objective moralistic views as both a human and a Christian but not nearly off of personal opinion, but logic.
As you may or may not know, Cobes is not even close to the only lolcow online. To give you a quick summary without giving to much detail about the other actual vile ones out there: There are plenty known for their... Attraction... To underage individuals, abusive spouses/partners, women beaters, grandma beaters, groomers, animal abusers, grifters/beggars, drug abusers, etc. It goes deep. The iceberg is wild when it comes to these folks.

Cobra has been disrespected after his passing by a lot of people as well as praised by a lot of people. And here is why I do NOT disagree with disrespecting him.

  1. Cobes was autistic and while not an excuse for bad behavior, it does play into several factors and mentality when approaching certain situations. Autism sometimes does not help in this scenario. Why do I say this? Because there are a few autistic lolcows that come to mind that have done way worse such as previously mentioned grandparent abuse and grooming and what Cobes has done has been nowhere near that extent of volatile behavior.
  2. Cobes has been called an animal murderer because he once admitted to running over a baby chick's head in a parking lot because he didn't want it to suffer and die from abandonment. My harsh but realistic take on this: although I don't necessarily agree and couldn't do something like this myself, baby chicks, when left without their mothers die 99.9% of the time. They either succumb to the heat/elements, get eaten by birds prey or other predators in which case the death will be a lot more painful or it would have gotten ran over by a car, since it was a parking lot and suffered the same fate regardless. The 0.01% chance is that another mother bird would have came to nurture and care for it but it is a rare scenario since birds not of the mother are usually rejected and their birth mothers will usually not come back for them once they have fled from their younglings due to a poor habitat/environment or fleeing from immediate and imminent danger in which case they will not go back. And if this story holds true, in a parking lot, the baby chick was statistically and logically marked for death. So although I don't agree, I understand.
  3. Cobes has had alcoholic raging fits on his videos and live streams that people weren't a fan of and when you are the center of attention and your life has been documented online for decades, safe to say you will see the worst of the person. People are judging him for these things when they have also done equally bad or worse things in their life. Online difference is, they didn't broadcast it online. The fact is, everyone has done bad things. Just because people don't know about it doesn't mean it didn't happen. People are being hypocritical and nonsensical when it comes to this. That being said, who hasn't experienced being drunk and mad in their life? I would say on the average that would be few and far between. I've been drunk and mad plenty of times. Why is his situation any different?
  4. Cheating on his first girlfriend: Self-explanatory. Fake rage over this. People make mistakes. He made his. Paid the ultimate price by not getting laid in like seven years. He's already not the most handsome and healthy guy so no woman really wanted him except for those looking to take advantage of his kindness whether it be money or a place to stay as I have said before he was known for letting just about anyone crash at his place since he couldn't stand the thought of someone being homeless and outside in the weather. Abandoned. Dude already paid the price for that. And a lot of people have cheated. Getting crucified for a common mistake of the flesh is beyond wild to me and I have never cheated and have never agreed with it but that doesn't mean someone is as mentally sound in being dedicated in that area as I am and others like me. I can understand if he was a habitual cheater, by all means. But he literally did it once, regretted, said he would never do it again, and didn't. If that's not growth in one of the highest forms then I don't know what is... If anything, we should be applauding this positive change.
  5. Scamming his fans: So I won't go to deep into this but I know the whole scoop. Cobes sold wands for a living. He would handcraft them and sell them to his online fans. A lot of times people would send him copious amounts of money and they did not receive their wands. People chalked this up to Cobes scamming. But realize that he made videos and streamed everyday so we knew what was going on. He never intentionally scammed anyone. He was literally just lazy and only one person never got their wand out of the few he forgot to make or put off making due to laziness. He never not made products for customers out of the sheer intention of "they paid me and I will give them nothing". No. He had absolutely every intention of making the wands but every time he was just lazy or short on cash for the materials because he would spend all his money on alcohol and DoorDash. He was an autistic oaf. Some slack should be cut here. There is one other scenario about scamming but I won't go into detail on that because its too long and its the same as the first scenario, basically.
Final thoughts: Cobes was just a strange and misunderstood man that people couldn't give grace to when it was needed. He obviously wasn't the perfect person. No one is. But he brought people a lot of joy due to all of his crazy stories and antics. It was interesting. It was unique. It was unheard. It was exciting. He idolized Ozzy Osbourne and people never mentioned this but what a better time to go than the same year as your Dark Master.

I will link two documentaries, one old one new for those of you interested in getting more of the full scoop of King Cobra JFS. He was a genuinely good dude and I hope he can rest in peace and his family finds closure in these harsh times.

God Bless. - Troi

May he rest in peace. Watched a few videos of him that a friend sent me, seemed to be a bit troubled, but quite the character.

Yeah. He was a very troubled individual but man he was ironically entertaining. Brought me so much joy at times. Dude was unintentionally funny as hell a lot of times.

I don't know the guy so I would not comment on him. RIP
I refrain from commenting on that defense for alcoholic fits, cheating, scamming..and not let you see the eye-roll, out of courtesy to fans. :censored:

You don't have to refrain. I understand. He was just a briandead individual. It was more of a reasoning rather than an excuse. But I refuse to harp on someone's shortcomings when we all have the same. They are just more apparent when you stream every day of your life to the world where as we have shortcomings in private and we can just mask them on a day-to-day basis because no one has to know.

I am simply saying he shouldn't have gotten bullied and harassed due to these things because none of them make him an inherently bad person. He made a few mistakes. As we all do. We aren't bad people we just sometimes make some bad decisions. There is a distinct difference between a bad person and a bad decision and from my time following the guy, he definitely wasn't a bad person. I would actually go as far to say he was a very good person with a very good heart. All of which I think I explain in the OP. He literally let homeless friends stay at his house for months on end because it was too cold for them to be outside or he understands what it feels like to be homeless. It takes a special kind of good to do that. Because even I wouldn't do that and I've made very lengthy adjustments in my life to be a better person. I guess its all about perspective. But I, for one, will not say the bullying and constant harassment was justified in any means towards this individual. He was just a regular dude with regular issues that most people have.

I do not think your phrase "respecting the artistry of the dead" is accurate. I think it sounds like you are paying tribute to this artist. And not to the act of death itself. Either way it is unfortunate when someone dies especially when they could have been prevented.
