Description: The user would begin to take five explosive tags from their ninja pouch and throw the tags in front of themselves as they flash the bird hand seal. After flashing the bird hand seal, five human sized penguins made of sticky water form around the explosive tags, leaving an air pocket inside themselves so that the explosive tags don't get dampened. Once the water penguins form around the explosive tags, the penguins either jump or dash straight forward at the opponent in hopes of wrapping themselves around the opponent. Once the penguin's wrap themselves around the opponent, the user flashes the seal of confrontation to detonate the explosive tag, causing the opponent massive damage.

Note: The user cannot use explosive tags for two turns after this jutsu is used

Skulduggery, was a tall guy so when he was sitting at his preschool student's desk his knees nearly reached above it and his right elbow was leaning on the surface, his hand grasping his face whilst the other had a pen between his fingers. Skulduggery didn't have his hat on, he had to take it off and hang it up, so his shiny chalk white scalp shone in the sunlight. He looked towards his hat every couple of seconds to make sure it was safe.

Skulduggery, still sitting in his desk, would be raising an eyebrow if his skull could move like a face - but it didn't so he just had it in the back of his mind that he was. He stood up and his small seat fell back, he walked around his desk towards the Nekura with his fists gripped tightly. Upon reaching 'Toshiro' Skulduggery raised his right hand and met 'Toshiro's' and he shook it.

"Nice to meet you." He then let go and walked away.

Ashitaka looked on as the skeleton man walked towards the Nekura fool. The skeleton extended his arm and shook the mushy clone's hand.

Ewwwww you shook it? Amazing tactic!

The clone tried to speak, but couldn't make any words. All that could be heard was some glops and mushy sounds. The clone jumped back into medium range from the skeleton man as Ashitaka sat down.

This might get interesting...

The clone then began to charge at the skeletal man at a sluggish pace.

Skulduggery sighs, seeing the clone be weird and walk weird he didn't really want to watch this ugliness no more and so took out five explosive tags and threw them forward. He performed the bird hand seal soon after and water form around the explosive tags leaving an air pocket so they don't get wet, the water is also sticky; the penguins once form dash towards the oncoming clone and stick to him, tacking it to the floor. Skulduggery makes the seal of confrontation
